I would be interested in comments as to how things work where you live or if you would like to see this. But in France if your not good enough or can't be bothered to take a driving test, or if your banned for whatever reason you can have one of these, a Voiture Sans Permit, 500cc, 70KMP of death trap, they are banned from major roads such as motorways and other multi lane roads.
Where does it all fit?

they are a bloomin menace specially in the fog since they nearly all seem to be grey in colour!
