What I saw today

Kieth at Breton diary and I have things in common, our hatred of VSP's (Vehicle sans permit) being the main hate, the drivers don't have a licence, there driving and parking is usually atrocious, but its not always VSP drivers who can't park, I saw this in a very busy La Gacilly today while looking for somewhere to park.
